What You'll Do:

Learn the fundamentals of face-to-face marketing and direct sales Represent national clients (like AT&T) inside big-box retail stores Build rapport with customers and guide them through service options Assist with promotional events, brand awareness campaigns, and lead generation Meet daily and weekly sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to develop leadership skills
What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A team player with a strong student mentality Ability to work in-person in a high-traffic retail environment Motivated to grow into leadership and management roles

Pay Structure:

Weekly guaranteed base pay ($500-$1,200/week) + uncapped commission

Full-time | W-2 Employee
