Job Description

Retail Security Officer

Schedule:

Wednesday-Friday 12 am - 9 am

Security Officer Responsibilities and Duties:

Guards property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. Patrols buildings and grounds to ensure doors are locked and secured. Preserves order and enforces security regulations. Watches for and reports conditions that could result in injury or loss due to fire hazards, leaking pipes, spills, faulty equipment, etc. Use of oral de-escalation methods to control disagreements. All other job duties as related or assigned by USI Management.

Security Officer Qualifications and Skills:

Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license. Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs. Basic computer skills. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent sense of judgment. Can stay alert at all times. Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment screenings.
