Located steadfastly within our bustling retail environment, this role is vital in upholding our brand's reputation and achieving sales targets. Please note, this is not a remote job and requires presence at our physical retail locations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage effectively with customers to deliver detailed product information and answer inquiries
• Create a welcoming and professional shopping environment for all customers
• Perform product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines and service offerings
• Manage sales transactions and ensure accurate order processing and customer data capture
• Meet and exceed personal and storewide sales targets
• Assist with inventory control and ensure the display areas are organized and attractive
• Handle customer issues and concerns with professionalism, resolving them to achieve customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to remain competent and up-to-date on company offerings
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and store performance
• Prepare regular reports on personal and store performance metrics

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in verbal and written form
• Demonstrated ability to engage and build rapport with customers
• Competency in handling point of sale (POS) terminals and related software
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales would be an advantage
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in using computers and various mobile devices
