Emerald Road Inc. is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to join our Pittsburgh retail team! As a

Retail Sales Representative

, you'll represent our home improvement client's brand in-store--helping customers explore home improvement products, answering questions, and connecting them with the best plans to fit their lifestyle.

This in-person position is perfect for someone who enjoys face-to-face interactions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow their skills in sales, communication, and customer service.

What You'll Do

Welcome customers, learn about their needs, and recommend personalized home improvement solutions. Explain and demonstrate our client's products and services clearly and confidently. Generate leads for our client's sales team to follow up on Stay current on the latest products, promotions, and home improvement trends. Handle customer concerns with professionalism to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with your team to reach sales goals and maintain a fun, engaging atmosphere.

What We're Looking For

Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality. Strong communication and listening skills. Full-time availability for an in-store position. Self-driven attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required--training provided!
