Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, promoting products, and ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for retail. Bilingual abilities and prior supervisory experience are a plus. Responsibilities

Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell additional products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities Face to face sales in multiple retail locations

Qualifications

Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery or similar retail environments Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base Supervising experience is a plus but not mandatory; leadership qualities are valued Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about product features
