CPR Cell Phone Repair by Assurant is a fast-paced electronics repair and retail brand with 500+ locations nationwide. We are hiring a Retail Sales Manager / Lead Technician to lead our Thornton store--driving sales, operations, and advanced electronic repairs across phones, tablets, computers, and game consoles.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will manage the store and perform complex repairs when needed.
What you'll do, not limited to:
Lead sales & store performance
Own store revenue, profitability, and KPI performance
Drive repair, accessory, and device sales through coaching and accountability
Improve conversion rate, accessory attach rate, and average ticket
Execute promotions and ensure strong in-store merchandising
Perform & lead advanced repairs (required)
Phones & tablets: screens, batteries, charge ports, cameras, speakers, water damage
Computers (Windows & Mac): screens, batteries, SSD/HDD upgrades, OS installs, diagnostics
Game consoles: PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo (power, HDMI coordination, thermal issues)
Set repair quality standards, reduce rework, and control turn-time
Train and support technicians; perform final quality checks
Run clean operations
Scheduling, cash handling, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention
Ticket accuracy, parts management, and workflow control
Maintain CPR brand, cleanliness, and safety standards
Lead people
Hire, train, and coach sales reps and technicians
Hold team accountable to sales and repair standards
Build a positive, performance-driven culture
What we're looking for
2+ years of retail management or lead technician leadership experience
Advanced electronic repair skills (phones, tablets, computers, consoles)
Strong sales mindset with the ability to coach others
Experience managing inventory, schedules, and daily operations
Confident customer communication and problem resolution
Preferred
Device repair retail background (CPR, independent repair shop, wireless, electronics retail)
Multi-device repair experience beyond phones
