Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:45 PM

About the Role:

Grey Moon Cannabis is seeking a passionate Retail Sales Manager to lead our dispensary team, drive sales, and ensure compliance with New Mexico cannabis regulations. This is a hands-on managerial role, combining retail expertise with administrative duties, inventory management, and staff leadership.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily retail operations and ensure exceptional customer service Lead, train, and schedule retail staff; assign duties and monitor performance Maintain accurate inventory, perform weekly counts, and generate reports Provide expert guidance on cannabis products and their proper use Support the Operations Manager in executing retail plans and operational goals Attend weekly meetings and occasional local travel as needed

Requirements:

21+ years old, US Citizen, able to relocate within 60 miles of Jal, NM High school diploma or GED; Cannabis Establishment Technician Certification preferred Minimum 3 years of cannabis retail experience, with at least 2 years in management Knowledge of indoor/outdoor retail operations, HVAC, lighting, water management, and plant health Competent with technology: Google Docs, Excel, email, smartphones, and virtual platforms Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Must pass a background check with no felonies

Strong leadership and team management Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Working Conditions:

Indoor retail environment with frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting Ability to handle multiple tasks and stress while maintaining quality
