What You'll Do

As a

Retail Sales Consultant

, you'll be the face of our store--providing top-notch customer service while helping people find solutions that fit their tech and entertainment needs. You'll also play a key role in driving sales and creating a welcoming environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

: Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them to the right products and services.

Drive Sales & Meet Goals

: Use effective selling techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to reach individual and team targets.

Master Product Knowledge

: Stay current on features, benefits, pricing, and promotions to confidently recommend solutions.

Ensure Smooth Transactions

: Help customers through the buying process, address objections, and create a seamless checkout experience.

Contribute to a Positive Team Environment

: Collaborate with fellow consultants to share knowledge, strategies, and celebrate wins.
