$17/hr plus commissions and tips. Hours may vary depending on number of service bookings. Minimum of 20 hours per week Thursday-Sunday.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate/Concierge to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge and booking services.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering product and services recommendations. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Operate our booking system for psychic services, aura photos, etc. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked. Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and enhance the overall shopping experience. Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone with inquiries, orders, and services. Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product features.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but NOT required. Knowledge in herbs, crystals, psychic services, etc. is a HUGE plus! Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this is a valuable asset in serving our diverse clientele. A proactive attitude towards selling and promoting products is essential. Must be able to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
