We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers Upsell products and suggest additional items to increase sales Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure products are properly stocked Handle stock replenishment and inventory management tasks Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns Practice proper phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone Assist with cashiering duties including cash handling and retail math calculations Supervise or assist in supervising team members when required Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and welcoming

Skills

Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math calculations Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer engagement Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and product demos effectively Upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Supervising experience is a plus for leadership roles Bilingual abilities preferred to serve a diverse customer base Basic math skills necessary for transactions and inventory management Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude Previous experience in grocery store or retail sales environments is advantageous
