You'll play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, and ensuring that our store is always inviting and well-organized.

What you'll do

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Process transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system while ensuring accurate cash handling Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain an organized sales floor through effective merchandising and stocking practices Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive team environment Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette

Basic qualifications

Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment Bilingual abilities to better serve our diverse customer base Experience in supervising team members or leading small groups
