WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Provide a friendly and welcoming in-store experience Engage with customers to understand their unique needs Provide education on and compelling demonstrations of our products and wellness solutions Contribute to team success through achievement of individual goals Maintain customer relationships Assist with product management and displays Attend meetings and training sessions as required

WHAT YOU BRING

Retail Sales Experience and/or Customer Experience background, including but not limited to retail or sales (i.e., brick and mortar retail or B2B) Have a passion for selling and great customer service Excellent and concise communicator (written and verbally) with the ability to convey information at all levels of the organization Must be confident when making and receiving phone calls (inbound and outbound) Comfortable with Communication Applications via text, voice, video Understanding of Microsoft Applications and Google Suite platforms Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks, often simultaneously Goal oriented and able to meet targets Possess a drive for continuous self-development Comfortable receiving and providing education surrounding products Passionate about health and wellness
