Seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their purchases, open to learning about fittings, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will play a key role in driving sales and assisting owner in all aspects of running a small business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have experience in a retail environment, particularly within a boutique setting.

Duties

Be a hands-on assistant for not just sales/service but with the owner of boutique. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently - will provide training. Provide product information and educate clients for proper fit - will provide training. Help dust, vacuum and light cleaning of boutique. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Computer typing and social media skills a plus.
