Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and electronics sales, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through product demonstrations and upselling.

Duties:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos Conduct sales Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately Provide expert advice on technical specifications and product compatibility Upsell additional products or services to meet customer needs Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience
Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics, technology, appliance, or wireless sales Proficiency in POS systems and basic technical knowledge Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Bilingual proficiency is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate excellent time management skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through upselling techniques
