Overview

As a Spa Consultant, you'll be the face of Glo--welcoming guests, maintaining salon cleanliness, and delivering top-tier service. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

Ability to open/close salon independently (location-dependent) Able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 10 lbs Quick and efficient when cleaning or assisting clients

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Stay motivated and goal-oriented Recommend personalized products and services

Customer Service

Deliver a one-of-a-kind experience for every client Provide exceptional support to new and returning guests Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

Cleanliness & Maintenance

Maintain a pristine salon environment Assist with deep cleanings and audit preparation Report equipment issues and perform basic troubleshooting

Compensation

$13-$15 per hour blended pay!
