About Us

285 Apparel is a growing apparel retail store located in Southlake Mall. We specialize in men's apparel, young women's fashion, and boys' clothing. We're seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our team and represent our brand professionally.

Position Overview

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations. Experience is welcome, but not required -- we provide training.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately Restock merchandise and arrange displays Maintain store cleanliness and organization Receive and process inventory shipments Follow company policies and direction from management Work collaboratively with team members

Qualifications

Must be 16+ years old at least with legal work eligibility (high school students are welcome!)*
Retail experience preferred but not required Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible Strong communication and customer interaction skill

Compensation

$11/hour

- no retail experience

$12/hour

- with retail experience

Performance-based raises may be available after the introductory period

work performance consistency sales quality professionalism
(Evaluated and recommended by the managerial team)

The First 90 Days are considered a probationary period

Scheduling

Part-time and full-time positions available Weekend availability is a plus
