What We Offer

What You Can Expect to Earn:

We're all about setting clear, achievable goals-and rewarding our team when they meet them. Here's what our compensation package looks like:

Base Pay:

$12/hr depending on experience

Commission Potential:

Earn $5-$8/hr extra with Wax Pass sales

Additional Performance Bonuses:

Up to $90 per pay period

Average Total Pay:

$15-$20/hr: Entry-level or early career in retail/hospitality $19-$25/hr: 1-3 years' experience with a proven sales track record

Ongoing training, mentorship, and career path to Lead GSA, Assistant Center Manager, and beyond 30-60-90 day structured onboarding to set you up for success
