Your ability to maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor will be key to our success.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging displays. Address customer inquiries with professionalism, utilizing strong phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling and inventory management.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers effectively. Experience with cash registers and cash handling is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer engagement.
