Position Overview

As a Center Associate, you'll play a key role in providing

world-class customer service

, assisting customers with a variety of services including shipping, printing, packaging, and office solutions. You'll operate store equipment and point-of-sale systems, offer product and service recommendations, and contribute to a positive and efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone Receive and process packages for shipment via multiple carriers Operate printing, copying, faxing, laminating, and binding equipment Educate customers on products, services, and best-value options Stay up to date on store offerings, promotions, and industry trends Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Collaborate with team members to meet daily store goals Perform other duties as assigned by management

Ideal Candidate

Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred Strong computer and internet proficiency High school diploma or GED required Professional appearance and a friendly, helpful attitude Quick learner with a desire to understand all facets of the business Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
