Summary

We're hiring a high-energy, sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to boost revenue and deliver top-tier customer service in our fast-paced store. This role demands quick learners who thrive under pressure and commit to long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and forge strong client relationships. Generate and process quotes, sales orders, and payments via ERP system. Accurately pick, pack, and fulfill orders with efficiency. Resolve customer issues professionally and swiftly. Master product knowledge to provide expert recommendations and demos. Support team goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong cash handling and advanced math skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Basic computer skills; ability to learn ERP/POS systems rapidly. Confidence in product demos and customer engagement. Physical capability to lift 35+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate stairs. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Retail sales experience (consultative preferred). Associate's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Familiarity with ERP/POS software and retail math.

Proven problem-solving in high-volume setting
