Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist in product demonstrations, manage stock levels, and contribute to a welcoming environment that encourages sales and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable product demos to enhance customer understanding and engagement. Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor and in the backroom, ensuring products are readily available for customers. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Experience with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided for those unfamiliar. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances our ability to serve a wider customer base.
