Job Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet sales targets and goals
- Provide product knowledge to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of electronics sales, wireless sales, or related field is advantageous
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate effective time management
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Bilingual capabilities are beneficial for interacting with diverse customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly
- Familiarity with cash register operations
