Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current inventory Assist with stocking, inventory management, and replenishing merchandise throughout the store Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining phone etiquette when assisting remotely or over the phone

Skills

Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Supervising experience or leadership skills to support team initiatives when needed Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner Skilled in upselling techniques to enhance sales performance Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, retail math, and basic grocery store operations is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust Basic math proficiency for retail math calculations such as change, discounts, and inventory counts

Pay: $18.00 per hour
