What You'll Do:

Follow our proven sales process to promote and sell the

Elements Massage Wellness Program

Build relationships with clients to encourage membership loyalty Listen carefully to client needs and create memorable customer experiences Turn every client concern into an opportunity to deliver outstandingservice Support studio operations with professionalism and reliability

Who You Are:

Hard-working, dependable, and self-motivated

Outgoing and positive with a passion for helping others Excellent communicator who loves listeningas much as talking Team player who thrives in a fun, fast-paced, spa-like environment Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through

Preferred Qualifications:

Retail or membership-based sales experience (e.g., gym, salon, or spa) Customer service experience in a wellness, spa, or hospitality setting Familiarity with computers, phone call etiquette, scheduling, and POS systems
