Key Responsibilities as a Verizon Sales Associate

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Recommend Verizon products, services, and solutions based on customer needs. Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, plans, and promotions. Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals. Process transactions, handle billing questions, and resolve customer concerns. Maintain store appearance and ensure a great customer experience.

Qualifications for our Sales Associate

1 year previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Goal-driven and motivated to achieve results. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent.
