Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team in our Camuy Store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a flair for retail environments.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize retail math skills to process transactions accurately
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers to promote products
- Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales of auto parts or auto body parts
- Knowledge of mechanical and auto body parts
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
