Position Overview:

We're looking for a dependable and enthusiastic retail associate to join our team. This role is essential to the day-to-day operations of Eclaras, from interacting with sellers to maintaining a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and/or close the store as scheduled. Be available to work on weekends. Take high-quality, visually appealing photos of items brought in by sellers for inventory or promotional purposes. Provide excellent customer service to sellers during drop-offs, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including sales floors, backrooms, and displays. Assist customers with purchases, questions, and general inquiries. Keep racks and displays neat and well-stocked. Help with inventory management and general store operations as needed. Collaborate with the team to improve store processes and experiences.

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work a flexible schedule. Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor. An eye for aesthetics and the ability to take well-composed product photos. Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to keeping the store running smoothly. Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required. Must be able to work during the IU break schedule.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
