Dickinson or Bismarck, ND | Part-Time or Full-Time

Who We Are

Out of Town started 14 years ago to bring brand name fashion to North Dakota. We're a women's and baby clothing store that's growing fast, but still feels local, personal, and fun.

What You'll Actually Do Here

Help customers put together outfits they'll feel amazing in Find the perfect gift when they're on the hunt for one Keep the store looking fresh (from folding clothes to styling mannequins) Run the till (yes, we'll teach you!) Be part of a team that makes shopping here feel different--in the best way

What We're Looking For

You're a people person (our customers will remember how you made them feel) You like fashion and aren't afraid to try new looks You roll with change and stay cool when it's busy You can work someweekends/holidays (this isn't a deal breaker, plus we'll be flexible) Daytime availability = bonus right now, but we have all shifts available

You've worked retail before Your friends always text you "what should I wear?" You'd rather stay busy than watch the clock
