The Opportunity

We're looking for a charismatic, driven Retail Program Manager to lead and scale our Home Depot retail sales program. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves sales, people development, and being in the field--not behind a desk. You'll own growth, performance, and execution across multiple Home Depot locations while building a motivated, high-producing lead generation and sales support team. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Program Manager to lead and oversee retail operations across multiple store locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, developing sales strategies, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

Proven sales leader with a

strong track record of team performance and growth

Minimum

5 years of sales experience

and

5 years of leadership/management experience

Retail, event, or lead generation management experience preferred High-energy, confident communicator who leads from the front Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple locations and priorities Strong customer service mindset with the ability to resolve issues and build loyalty Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Valid state driver's license required
