We're looking for a designer who brings polish and precision to the tangible side of our brand. MAX SIGNS LLC will create the materials that shape our in-store experience, from signage and wayfinding to promotional displays and large-format graphics.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and quick turnarounds, has an eye for clean, print-ready design, and can balance creativity with production accuracy. You'll work closely with the design and retail teams to deliver assets that are visually consistent, on-brand, and ready to send to press.
What You'll Do
Design print and retail materials, including
store signage, wayfinding, point-of-sale, window clings, posters, and event collateral
.
Prepare
print-ready files
(bleeds, crop marks, color profiles, etc.) and ensure vendor specs are met.
Collaborate with the retail team to execute seasonal campaigns in stores.
Adapt campaign visuals for large-format and in-store environments.
Help organize and maintain an internal signage library by store type (flagship, boutique, outlet, retail, etc.).
Take ownership of print-vendor communication: submitting files, reviewing proofs, managing production timelines, and quality check
Support the team with occasional one-off marketing assets like flyers, mailers, or event signage.
Qualifications
What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in print, retail, or environmental design.
Strong portfolio showing clean, production-ready work across multiple formats.
Excellent understanding of print specs, materials, and file setup.
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Bonus for Figma knowledge).
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple requests simultaneously.
Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
Bonus: Experience working with signage vendors, printers, or large-format production.
Bonus: Familiarity with retail environments or visual merchandising principles.
