Sales & Customer Service Associate

is a strong plus, but not required
--we're happy to train the right candidate!Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner Help customers select eyewear that fits their style, needs, and prescriptions Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and insurance coverage Process sales transactions and insurance billing accurately Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked Collaborate with the optometrist and optical team to ensure a smooth workflow
What We're Looking For:
Experience in retail sales and customer service is required Optical or optician experience is a plus, but not mandatory Strong communication and people skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused A positive attitude and willingness to learn Bilingual (English and Spanish) is ideal, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
