Position Overview:

The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations and overall management of JTP Noodles Lab. This role ensures the store opens and closes on time, remains organized and well-maintained, and delivers an exceptional experience for every guest. The manager will lead and support the team, handle customer escalations, and ensure that all operations run efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening, closing, and daily performance Receive and manage shipments, inventory, and supplies Supervise, schedule, and support part-time team members Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards Provide excellent customer service and resolve any escalated issues promptly Monitor equipment and facility needs, coordinating maintenance as needed Uphold company standards and represent the JTP Noodles Lab brand professionally
Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail, food service, or store management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Highly organized, dependable, and proactive Able to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings as needed
