Operations Manager

Compliance & Regulatory Management

Navigate Minnesota's cannabis regulations like a seasonedpro Maintain impeccable compliance records - we don't mess around when it comes to staying legit*
Implement and monitor compliance protocols that keep us above board*
Stay current on evolving regulations because this industry moves fast*

Inventory & Supply Chain

Master inventory management systems with the skill of a budtenderextraordinaire Optimize product flow and reduce waste - we hate seeing good budgo bad Develop relationships with premium suppliers who share our commitment to quality Forecast demand like you can predict the weather (but more accurately)

Financial Stewardship

What We're Looking For (The

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Horticulture, or related field (Master's degree preferred) Advanced understanding of cannabis cultivation, products, and effects Continuous learner who stays currentwith industry trends

Experience

10+ years of cannabis retail experience at the management/oversight level Proven track record in high-volume retail operations Experience managing compliance in highly regulated industries Background working with premium, price-agnostic clientele
