Perfumes 4 U is seeking energetic, goal-driven individuals who are passionate about sales and motivated to earn money!

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Key Holder Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and drive strong sales performance Support with floor moves, merchandising, visual displays, and housekeeping Lead by example as a top-performing salesperson Assist with opening and closing procedures as required Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly sales environment Function effectively in a fast-paced retail setting Must meet or exceed performance benchmarks: Total PL of at least 35% UPT (Units Per Transaction) of 2.0 minimum

Key Holder Requirements:

Proven sales ability and strong interpersonal skills Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation required Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs Retail experience required
