JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to oversee and manage our holiday popup booth at the 14th annual Washington DC Holiday Market

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help customers with product selections Make more sales by understanding what gifts customers are looking for Ensuring booth cleanliness, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service. Accurate handling credit card transactions and POS. Participating in on-site training to become proficient in booth operations. Demonstrating a strong passion for our jewelry and the environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous retail or sales experience is desirable. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are necessary. Ability to work independently and self-manage. Reliability and dedication to our jewelry and environmental mission. Comfortable with credit card transactions on our POS system.

LOCATION AND TIME:

Address: F Street NW, between 7 th and 9 th Street, in the heart of downtown D.C. Located on the steps of National Portrait Gallery

Dates: November 21, 2025 - December 23, 2025

Monday through Thursday, 12 to 8PM

Friday through Saturday, 11AM to 9PM

Sunday, 11AM to 8PM

We would be having a team of 3-4 people with flexible shifts

Looking to add one more person to the team

COMPENSATION:

Base pay: $21/hr

Commission - $1/hr based on performance | $2/hr - based on revenue goals

Salary range - $2500 to $3,500/mo depending on shifts selected

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
