We are immediately seeking a Retail Furniture Warehouse Manager - Assistant to support the warehouse operations at our

Pineville

Location.

Retail Stock Associate responsibilities include efficient receiving, sorting, displaying, loading and unloading of products. To be successful in this role, you should be physically strong, efficient and detail-oriented.

Ultimately, the duties of the Retail Stock Associate are to ensure the smooth intake, organization, display, and unloading/loading of products.

Responsibilities:

Receive, unload and place inventory items appropriately

Inspect products for defects and damages as they are opened

Check, verify, and fill customer receipts when they are loaded

Abide by all company safety regulations

Keep salesfloor and warehouse clean and organized daily

Drop rugs, move furniture, and load/unload products in customer vehicles

Qualifications and Skills:

Prior experience with furniture is a plus

Team player with organizational skills

Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Physical Requirements:

Ability to be up and walking around a majority of the time

Bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling on occasion

Good use of both hands to reach, feel and hold

Climbing and balancing

Lifting and/or moving products of more than 100 pounds

Retail Stock Associates will be lifting furniture and heavy rugs onto/off of trucks and into customer vehicles daily

Work Hours:

The Retail Stock Associates is an hourly position. Extenuating circumstances may require overtime for certain periods.

WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
