Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking Retail Manager 2 for Medstar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. MedStar Georgetown University Hospital is a not-for-profit, acute-care, teaching and research hospital with 609 beds located in Northwest Washington, D.C., Founded in the Jesuit principle of cura personalis--caring for the whole person--we are committed to offering a variety of innovative diagnostic and treatment options within a trusting and compassionate environment.
What You'll Do
The Retail Manager 2 will oversee front and back-of-house retail operations and manage a team of approximately 30 staff members. Responsibilities include retail menu and promotion development, cash handling and driving retail sales.

• have oversight of day-to-day retail operations
• achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;
• ensure Sodexo standards are met

Qualifications & Requirements
