As a Part-Time Retail Display Merchandiser for our Madison, WI territory. You will be responsible for merchandising, building, filling, and maintaining all displays for Kellogg\xe2\x80\x99s. This is an entry level role within the sales function with the opportunity for growth.

• Building our Brands \xe2\x80\x93 Calling on assigned store(s) to deliver superior in-store merchandising service to include proper rotation, placement and facing of our products to catch our customers\xe2\x80\x99 attention.
• Establishing Gr-r-reat Relationships \xe2\x80\x93 Builds and fosters relationships with store employees to include the store manager.
• Can Do Attitude \xe2\x80\x93 Building our displays with excellence requires physical activity and some occasional heavy lifting.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Physically must be able to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day; stoop kneel, bend, push and pull; lift to 40 lbs.; climb ladders and step stools repeatedly; and reach above your shoulders repeatedly. Visit assigned store(s) during shift.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-moving environment. Strong communication skills and a persistent, positive attitude.
• Accessing Apps while in store to report hours worked, daily tasks, communicating with Kellogg\xe2\x80\x99s Sales Representative.
• Entry of mileage in the Concur app every month by the 4th of each month
• Work schedule includes nights, weekends,(Saturday or Sunday) and or early morning hours
• This is a driving role which requires the use of a personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement is between assigned stores.
• Must have a smart phone, be familiar with phone application technology and install free mobile application to communicate and retrieve work-related information.
