Support product based communication and trainings for team

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a customer service, retail focused role
2+ years of experience managing a team (required)
A strong sales ability and an entrepreneurial spirit
Passionate about the TRR brand and mission
Ability to share knowledge and influence behaviors
A high degree of EQ, business acumen, poise and the ability to establish trust
Great attention to detail and customer service
Commitment and curiosity towards expanding expertise in fashion
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Requirements:
Luxury retail or fashion experience
Experience in a fast-paced and/or start-up environment
Experience with Salesforce, Workday, Google Suite, IOS device

The expected salary range for this role is $77,878.00-$100,127.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
