About The Role

As a Retail Department Manager, you will lead a talented team of sales and customer experience associates to create a world class retail experience for our customers. Through your leadership, the team will inspire customers to participate in the circular economy through the ease of omnichannel shopping, and by educating on the various services TRR has to offer. You are customer obsessed and excel in managing a high volume, fast-paced sales floor. Above all, you embody the TRR culture through collaboration, driving results, and building for the future.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a customer service, retail focused role 2+ years of experience managing a team (required) A strong sales ability and an entrepreneurial spirit Passionate about the TRR brand and mission Ability to share knowledge and influence behaviors A high degree of EQ, business acumen, poise and the ability to establish trust Great attention to detail and customer service Commitment and curiosity towards expanding expertise in fashion Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred Requirements:

Luxury retail or fashion experience Experience in a fast-paced and/or start-up environment Experience with Salesforce, Workday, Google Suite, IOS device

The expected salary range for this role is $77,878.00-$100,127.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
