As part of our growing team, you'll be working in a fast-paced yet friendly environment where attention to detail and team support are key. We're currently seeking a reliable, organized individual to assist with document scanning and filing as part of our accounting department.

Position Overview:

This position is ideal for a recently graduated high school student pursuing a degree in business, accounting, or a related field -- or someone looking for an opportunity with the potential for growing a professional career in an office setting. The role primarily supports the accounting team by digitizing physical records and maintaining accurate, organized files, and assisting with processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Scan, label, and file accounting and operations documents into our digital system Maintain confidentiality of all documents Assist with light administrative tasks as needed Communicate with accounting staff to ensure document accuracy and completeness Process transactions from c-stores Reconcile lottery and rebate funds.

Requirements:

High level of attention to detail Reliable and punctual Comfortable working independently Basic computer skills; experience with scanners and file management a plus Professional and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recently completed college coursework in accounting, business, or administration Interest in pursuing a future full-time position in accounting or office administration
