Your role will center on client sales guidance, account activity coordination, and maintaining premium service standards. As a Retail Customer Support Associate, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the quality of our AT&T Retail campaign through meticulous sales support, proactive issue resolution, and consultative customer guidance. This role includes formal training on essential systems, including CRM software and campaign-specific tools, to maintain optimal performance.

Role Requirements for a Retail Customer Support Associate



Provide structured sales support in AT&T retail settings, resolving service inquiries, coordinating account activity, and maintaining campaign professionalism. Explain AT&T product features, billing structures, and device functions with clarity and accuracy to ensure customers are informed and confident in their service choices. Process account updates, billing adjustments, and sales requests with precision, safeguarding client data and supporting seamless service transitions. Support client retention and referral generation through effective issue resolution, CRM-based follow-through, and consistent service alignment. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure service delivery remains smooth, timely, and consistent across all support stages. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, resolutions, and performance metrics using CRM tools to support campaign reporting and operational continuity.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per week
