We are looking for someone who is outgoing, a quick learner, and is confident in their ability to communicate with customers and teammates to achieve goals!

As a Retail Customer Service Representative , you will play a vital role in managing our retail campaign, helping to drive sales and assist customers on behalf of our clients and some of the latest brands in the telecommunications and entertainment industry. You will be responsible for educating customers in store promotions and working with a great team spirit.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the development of promotional launches in big box retailers Drive customer sales with new account acquisitions Share product knowledge, Service benefits Support customer retention by up selling and upgrading existing customer accounts Foster an energetic and helpful retail environment for our customers Go above and beyond to provide great customer service and achieve weekly sales goals Cultivate a fun team environment that inspires and drives overall team performance

Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills Possesses a natural leadership ability and student mentality High school diploma / GED Great listening skills and the ability to problem-solve Positive attitude and helpful personality Results oriented and desire to grow Reliable transportation Full time availability (weekends and evenings)
