We require an individual that knows how to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects. Must have reliable transportation and the willingness and flexibility to work in our Bristol and Coventry locations. Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service when greeting clients, answering phones, taking payments, making system policy changes and managing client information.
- The ability to responsibly open and close the office.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Swift and accurate data entry skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability required.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- We will provide training to applicants that are motivated and possess strong computer skills and a positive attitude.
