Job Description

Outcrop's Keyholder position is the primary customer service position within the organization with the additional responsibilities of shift lead and opening and closing the store. This position is who the customer initially interacts and receives their information about our products and services from. This position will also be responsible for assisting budtenders with knowledge and questions about the products the Dispensary carries. The Keyholder at Outcrop is expected to educate and promote Outcrop's premier line of products and be knowledgeable in the experiences our customer can expect.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Be knowledgeable on all products, product lines, experiences and tools that are customers will come to expect

Store safety

Inventory practices

Daily cleaning

Education

Ethical sales of our products

Opening and closing the store

Supporting staff questions and answers

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or GED

Knowledge of retail customer service processes

MED card required

Preferred qualifications

1-2 years of previous cannabis retail experience preferred

Some college preferred

Physical Requirements:

This position may require long periods of standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and walking short distances.
