Job Summary

As a Retail Associate - Weekend Lead, you will be the driving force behind our weekend operations, ensuring a good experience for our customers. You'll lead by example, guiding your team in delivering exceptional customer service while managing daily retail activities. Your role will encompass supervising staff and fostering an engaging environment that encourages sales and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

Supervise and motivate co-workers to maintain high standards of customer service. Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to retail math principles. Assist customers with inquiries. Uphold excellent phone etiquette while addressing customer calls and inquiries promptly. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers and team members.

Preferred qualifications

Supervising experience in a retail environment is highly desirable. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse customers. Competence in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of auto parts is a plus.
