What You'll Do

Greet and assist customers with professionalism, hospitality, and product education Provide knowledgeable support for product selection based on needs and desired effects Complete transactions accurately including

cash handling

and

Metrc/POS data entry

Assist with inventory, restocking, cleanliness, and compliance-driven tasks Maintain accurate documentation and protect customer privacy (HIPAA alignment) Communicate promotional offers, new products, and brand highlights Help foster a positive, respectful, and motivating team culture

What We're Looking For

-- professional, compassionate, and friendly Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced setting Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems Reliable, punctual, and committed to team success Willing to learn and grow in the cannabis industry Knowledge of cannabis is a plus -- passion is even better!

Requirements

21+ only

Must be able to pass required background check Cannot be an active, licensed caregiver Reliable transportation Michigan resident High School Diploma or GED Must comply with all regulatory, security, and company policies

Compensation & Perks

$14/hour + individual tips (not pooled)

Shifts

Part-time with potential for full time (required: evenings & weekends)

Store shifts typically run:

Opening:

~8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Closing:

~3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
