This is a part-time, seasonal position to last through the regular NBA G-League schedule and any potential playoffs.



Job Summary

The Retail Associate is responsible for carrying out front-line retail sales, creating the ultimate fan experience, ensuring operational excellence, and executing flawless store operations. Associates are expected to drive results through effective communication and by working as part of a winning team.



General Duties and Responsibilities

Greet fans and engage to deliver a top-notch shopping experience. Make product recommendations based on conversations with fans. Maintain the standards of the sales floor and stockroom with close attention to detail. Process transactions using the Square Point of Sale (POS) system. Represent the Iowa Wolves brand in a professional, positive manner. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Education, Experience & Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Retail or sales experience preferred. Capable of working independently and responsibly in fast-paced environments. Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, game days, and event days.

Physical Demands

Frequent movement--including standing, reaching, bending, and walking within the store. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Game-day schedules may require traveling in various weather conditions.

Salary:

This is a part-time, seasonal position paid on a semi-monthly cycle at a rate of $16.00 per hour.

Supervisory Responsibility, if any:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
