Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. Your ability to communicate effectively will contribute to a positive shopping experience and help drive store success.
Duties
As a Retail Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions accurately. Maintaining an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and managing inventory.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience in retail is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a POS system. Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and team members. A positive attitude towards learning about products and sales techniques.
