What You'll Do:

Maximize Sales & Service:

Actively engage customers, prioritize service (using our S.P.O.R.T. program), and build lasting relationships.

Maintain Store Standards:

Keep the store visually appealing, organized, and stocked according to USPA guidelines.

Bilingual Communication:

Utilize your Spanish or Portuguese skills to assist diverse customers.

Team & Operations:

Work collaboratively, efficiently manage time, and adhere to all operational/loss prevention policies.
What We're Looking For:

Bilingual Proficiency:

Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (verbal and written).

Open Availability:

Flexible schedule for day, evening, and night shifts.

Customer Focus:

Dedicated to creating a positive experience and effectively solving customer issues.

Key Skills:

Base Pay: $14.00 per hour
