Retail Assistant Warehouse Manager - Party & Special Event Rental
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant Manager to join our team . In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring that every event we cater to is memorable and successful.
Typical Work Week
: 35 - 50+ hours
Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to maintain timely deliveries.
Implement efficient order fulfillment processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Support inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
Supervise staff and provide training to enhance team performance.
Collaborate with the management team to implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor transportation logistics to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in warehouse supervision, retail management, or operations management.
Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team development.
Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with inventory management practices.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Knowledge of logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
Familiarity with transportation management principles is a plus.
